Jake Norrholm

Jake’s strong background in Project Management provides the foundations for minimizing risk, maximizing benefit, and restricting costs on every project he is tasked.

By coordinating consultants and managing communications with the client, Jake is able to seamlessly integrate all aspects of project work. With a background in construction project management, and a keen awareness of quality standards, cost analysis, and schedule constraints he is well attuned to allocating and executing projects. With the addition of a working knowledge of BIM, he is able to translate ideas from the meeting room to the model with ease and accuracy.

Jake works closely with the client on every project to guarantee that their vision is fully realized when the work is completed.  In doing so, the client/architect relationship maintains strong throughout the entirety of the project, and provides all of his clients with the comfort of knowing their project is in capable hands.

Kevin Shumbera

Principal and BIM Director
Estudio

Kevin Shumbera is Estudio’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) Director and Principal. Mr. Shumbera has over 7 years of significant BIM experience in both Architecture and Interior Architecture.  Kevin has expanded the use of BIM through REVIT at Estudio making it the preferred platform for design, construction documentation, and construction administration.

Kevin believes that BIM is a significant aspect of the design and construction documentation process.  BIM allows the owner a faster view of the design possibilities while at the same time creating the foundation for the required documentation.

Kevin believes that Estudio’s “BIM documents in design and construction are clear and concise which makes the job of the contractor easier and well defined”.

Kevin also enjoys collaborating with his team and helps maintain a positive synergy.  When designing and detailing projects, Kevin focuses on engaging the imagination - offering the ability to each client to see their projects inside and out.
