Designing Healthy Work Environments

Highlighting ergonomic concerns, this seminar seeks to bridge the gap between workplace aesthetics and functionality. Discussion topics will include developments in seating, input device design, display technology, lighting and employee-level training. Learn how to implement an ergonomics plan to reduce employee discomfort and injury risk while lowering costs.

Speaker: Tracy Lenahan, A&D Regional Manager

Tracy Lenahan is a Regional A&D Manager for Humanscale. She currently manages the Eastern and Central A&D teams, which include: Atlanta, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Chicago, Houston and Dallas. Her primary responsibilities are training and development of the A&D market managers. Tracy’s expertise and holistic approach ensure a consistent message and service level for design firms within her team’s region. Her 15 years of industry experience and user focused training with Humanscale have made her a valuable partner for programming technology and people balanced space.

Tracy is a dedicated volunteer with IIDA Georgia Chapter. She has served as Industry Co-Director 2005-2008, Chair of bob (Best of the Best) Design Forum Awards 2009, Vice President of Members 2010 and currently serves Major Events Financial Advisor.
