Topic:
A Forward-Thinking Smart Building Framework and Strategy
Abstract:
In the world of smart buildings, there is a lot being talked about regarding individual products and solutions. Each one has its own strategy and method and approach. But how can we step back and take a holistic approach to your smart building strategy, while taking into consideration the varied individual components. In this presentation, you will learn this framework, and help you take tangible next steps to realize the best solution for you, regardless of vendor.

Tim is passionate about helping others see more, know how, understand why, act faster, work smarter, and be more successful. The keys to realizing these passions are using technology and leveraging partnerships through relentless collaboration. For buildings, this means disrupting the old-guard model, innovating the approach to "smart," emphasizing an ardent posture of looking 10-years-out, and building a team that loves what they do. It is all about people, from top to bottom!
