Tim Aimone
Global Director Workplace Design and Project Management
Hewlett-Packard Enterprise

Tim Aimone is the Global Director of Workplace Design and Project Management for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.   His team designs, constructs and defines the strategy for our future workplace.   Success will be determined by developing an employee experience which integrates a hybrid work solution to include creating a collaborative, modern, and flexible work environment that incorporates mobile technology as part of a Smart Building solution. Previously, Tim was the Director of Operations for the US and Data Center organization with responsibilities to lead a team of Real Estate and Facilities Managers, Engineers, and other service providers to optimize a space portfolio of data centers, manufacturing, and administrative sites in the Americas. In his early career with Compaq Computer Corporation Tim managed real estate transactions, facility management, project management, and site security.
 Tim earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is currently located in Houston, Texas.

Colleen Hunnicutt
Associate Director
Turner & Townsend

Colleen is an Associate Director with Turner & Townsend, Inc., which is a global professional services company specializing in program management, project management, cost and commercial management and consulting across the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. Colleen has over sixteen years of experience in Project Management disciplines including: Project Controls, Planning, Estimating, Contracts and Financial Analysis. Colleen’s current client is Chevron Real Estate and Environment Management Company (CEMREC) in Houston, that she’s been with since 2021. She’s the U.S. Program Lead for technical specialists and also assists individual project teams in delivery across the Base Business Program, which includes commercial real estate, environment remediation and land development projects across various regions within the U.S.  

Craig Rhodes
Vice President, Regional Economic Development
Greater Houston Partnership 

Craig has worked at the Greater Houston Partnership for over 10 years. In his current role, Craig leads GHP’s domestic regional economic development team.  This team works to attract new jobs and capital investment to the 12-County Houston region across multiple industry sectors.  Craig is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) with 16 years of economic and community development experience.  In addition to GHP, Craig also worked at CenterPoint Energy for 6 years, helping lead CenterPoint’s economic development activities.  

Craig currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Economic Development Council. He is an active member of the International Economic Development Council and has held multiple Board and leadership roles in economic development across the Houston area. Craig is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife Kristi have three children.
