Gensler Virtual Building Tour

Join the IFMA Houston Chapter, the City of Houston Green Building Resource Center and USGBC Texas for a virtual tour and panel discussion on the design, construction and operations of Gensler’s new, transformational office space at 2 Houston Center.

The virtual project tour will be led by Maria Perez, (Gensler/USGBC) and Jacqueline Salterio (Gensler/IFMA) and will showcase Gensler’s open-office space, which occupies 46,000 square feet across two floors in the newly renovated 2 Houston Center. The design team utilized Gensler’s global research concepts to develop the apex of amenity spaces and interior office trends – from its highly visible maker space and resource library to enhanced technology zones and indoor/outdoor spaces to work, socialize or focus. The project team’s emphasis on sustainability and wellness has also led to the achievement of LEED Gold, with the current pursuit of FitWel Certification.

Following the virtual tour, a panel discussion will be held where insights will be shared from project team members.
This event will be held virtually via Zoom.
