Mike Petrusky, Director of Events & Growth Marketing

Mike Petrusky is host of both the “Workplace Innovator Podcast” & “Asset Champion Podcast” and Director of Events & Growth Marketing at iOFFICE. He joined iOFFICE in March of 2018 with a mission to energize the company’s live events. He is a dynamic speaker, podcaster, and seasoned marketer who has a passion for sharing iOFFICE’s unique brand of thought leadership to CRE, FM and IT leaders in the digital workplace. Mike inspires industry professionals with his focus on shared human experiences and workplace connections at IFMA, CoreNet and other industry gatherings.
After more than a decade of managing national accounts at a Fortune 500 communications company, Mike founded his DC-based marketing firm “Kayrell Solutions” in 2003 to bring both traditional and new media solutions to the marketplace. In 2015, fueled by a desire to promote workplace innovation, Mike launched Kayrell Connections to uplift the facility management community by encouraging professionals to "Be an FM innovator!®”
Mike lives just outside of Washington, D.C., where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is known for his love of Star Wars, U2, and his alma mater, the Virginia Tech Hokies!
Scott Lang, CFM, Americas Real Estate & Facilities Manager
Lloyd's Register
Scott Lang, CFM is currently the Americas Real Estate & Facilities Manager for Lloyd’s Register responsible for 38 properties within North, Central and South America. He also carries the designation of CFM of which he is very proud. During his 25 plus years in facilities, he has completed numerous interior buildouts, full building restacks, and several office relocations. Scott is very involved in IFMA as the current Vice President of the Houston Chapter and the Membership Committee chair for the Corporate Facilities Council. When Scott is not working he is an avid baseball and football fan and loves spending time with his family.
James McDonald, Enterprise Sales

James McDonald joined iOFFICE in September of 2013 and helps lead the enterprise sales team. James is an expert in all aspects of iOFFICE technology and the challenges that enterprise face today. He uses his expertise to connect companies like Netflix, Walgreens, Quicken Loans, Zillow, and more, with the enterprise solutions they need to reach their full potential as digitally connected workplaces. As such, he’s a sought-after speaker on innovative workplaces, and more importantly how to create a foundation for the workforce of the future.
Greg Schindler, P.E., Facilities Manager
LyondellBasell
Over 35 years of experience in corporate facility management in aerospace, computer manufacturing, arts and entertainment, oil & gas and chemical industries. Greg has a passion for advancing processes and technologies to enable facilities to enhance the occupants' experience. He is working to advance the Facility Management technology at LyondellBasell to enrich the employee experience to speed up services while improving quality. The challenge is more about the process than technology requiring the sharing of information across all organizations while plugging in the technology within the corporate enterprise.
