Annual and capital FM budgets, useful outcomes of planning, can turn mean. Why do they do that! We’ll take a quick dip into finance, then onto budget tales from the dark side - and ways to make them not happen. Please send your experience, question, topic, or complaint about budgets by September 7. An FM financials colleague and I will treat as many as will fit during the luncheon and follow up with the rest.

David Reynolds |
David Reynolds brings an engineering, university teaching, and technical consulting background to FM. An IFMA member since 2003, FMP since 2005 and CFM in 2014, David is President Elect of the IFMA FM Consultants Council. His consulting practice is mainly international, allied with three other IFMA members in Global Facility Management Alliance, GFMA. David focuses on problem solving, process design, performance measurement and continuous improvement. Much of the content of this presentation derives from IFMA member contributors and associates. Credits appear in the presentation and an appendix.
