MICHELLE WOGAN
TRANSWESTERN


Michelle directs a Houston office leasing team and is responsible for the marketing and leasing efforts for several projects and corporations within the Houston area.

Michelle joined Transwestern in 2004 after an 18-year career at CB Richard Ellis.  She has focused on the leasing of office space in Houston, and has served as lead broker and negotiator on numerous transactions. She has been a Top 10 broker in the real estate industry for the majority of her career and in 2011 she was the top woman producer at Transwestern nationally and was voted one of the top 15 women in real estate in Houston, TX. CRAIG MCPHIE
ABS

Craig McPhie is Director of Global Facilities and Real Estate for ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) which is headquartered in the Greenspoint area of Houston, Texas.  In this role he oversees the company’s worldwide real estate, facilities, travel, fleet, office services, and other administrative services functions.  This includes over 230 offices in more than 70 countries.

Prior to joining ABS, Craig was Manager of Global Real Estate and Facilities for Champion Technologies overseeing global real estate, and design and construction.  Prior to that he was Senior Manager of Facilities and Real Estate for Devon Energy Corporation where he oversaw all U.S. real estate assets, facilities, and design and construction.  Craig came to Devon when Devon acquired Mitchell Energy & Development Corporation.  At Mitchell, as Manager of Facilities and Telecommunications, Craig oversaw real estate, facilities, design, and construction, telecommunications, and other administrative services functions.  He started his career as an accountant at The Superior Oil Company where he worked in Exploration, International, and Financial Accounting, which included an assignment in Papua New Guinea.

PAT DUFFY
COLLIERS

Pat is President of the Houston office of Colliers International. Pat relocated to Houston from Florida where he served as President of the Colliers offices in Tampa Bay, Orlando and Southwest Florida.

Pat has over 30 years of broad based experience in commercial real estate as a producing broker, educator, sales manager and managing broker. He specializes in developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans utilizing the resources of Colliers International. Pat also assists Colliers brokers nationally with strategies for achieving clients’ real estate objectives.

Dean Strombom

Dean leads the planning and design of corporate campuses, commercial office buildings, workplace interiors and mixed-use developments. With a Gensler career spanning more than three decades and a portfolio of more than 40 million square feet, he is a Firmwide Leader of both our Energy and Real Estate Owners and Managers practice areas. A highly regarded workplace performance specialist and frequent speaker at industry events across the U.S., Dean leverages his unique blend of education in psychology, sociology and architecture to offer strategic real estate and design insight. He actively participates in the Houston Chapters of AIA and NAIOP and currently serves as President of the Houston Chapter of CoreNet.

Bart Surratt

Bart is the Sr Director of Global Facilities and Projects for IHS representing over 2.2m sq ft in 32 countries in 140 locations world-wide. Over 25 years of facilities and real estate experience in the Financial Services, Collocation (data centers) and Critical Information Services industries. A Certified Facility Manager (CFM, 20 + years) through International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and current Houston Chapter president. Bart is married with 3 children and lives in Sugarland
