Tour the ConocoPhillips Pilot Space

ConocoPhillips welcomes IFMA members and guests to visit their Workplace Pilot, a functional learning laboratory used to test alternative workplace solutions and inform decisions about future renovations to their Houston headquarters. The project engaged 107 Houston based employees and contractors to test and provide feedback on workplace solutions that promote individual productivity, enhance teamwork, increase knowledge sharing and support the evolution of the corporate culture.
