Jonathan Vaughan, CCP, CEM, LEEDAP

Jonathan has substantial experience in commissioning services, including measurement, verification, and monitoring of energy savings performance contracts. As the first Certified Commissioning Professional in Houston, he is an accomplished leader and team builder with experience in energy services, temperature controls, and retro-commissioning services for improved client comfort, equipment performance, and energy savings. As the Director of Commissioning, Jonathan is the central point of contact and is responsible for leading the Commissioning Team through the Commissioning Process.




Aaron Jones, AIA, LEEDAP

Aaron’s educational background covers specializations from Environmental Design to Historic Preservation. This broad background supports his skills in detailed design, planning, and programming. He has a wealth of public and education experience, as well as recent experience with administrative buildings. From previous employment, he brings master planning and multi-phase development of church, school, as well as other institutional and hotel projects. As a result of his hard work and dedication to his projects, Aaron’s work benefits clients across the Gulf Coast region every day.




John Gross, PE, ATD

John is the Mechanical Engineering Technical Lead for Page on Central Utility Plant Design, with experience in both design and commissioning of a wide range of Central Plant sizes and complexities.  With experience ranging from small commercial central plants, to Mission Critical Central Plant replacements while maintaining 100% Uptime, to working as the mechanical engineer responsible for the Chiller Plant and Controls design on the HAS 621 project at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, John has the knowledge to tackle any Central Plant project.  His extensive experience in large Mission Critical infrastructure design and commissioning gives him the knowledge and experience to drive the coordination required between all trades on heavy infrastructure projects



Jim Brownrigg
Turner Construction


Jim Brownrigg serves as Vice President and General Manager for Turner Construction Company’s local Houston office. Jim oversees sales, finance, preconstruction, and project operations for the 120-employee, full-service office.

Jim has served Turner for 17 years through a variety of roles including Vice President and General Manager of Houston, Business Manager, General Manager of Turner Logistics (subsidiary), and as Director of Turner’s National healthcare market sector group. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.

As Vice President and Director of Healthcare for Turner Construction Company, Jim Brownrigg was responsible for the effective management and development of Turner’s healthcare projects valued at over $2 billion annually. He oversaw the national healthcare market segment providing solutions in technology, strategic sourcing, supply chain management and facility support services. 

Jim was a founding member of Turner Logistics. The company evolved from the successes and project requirements of Turner Construction Company’s Global Critical Facilities Group.  Under Jim’s leadership, Turner successfully completed in excess of $1 Billion in Mission Critical projects.  

Jim resides in The Woodlands, Texas with his wife Shelley and daughter Jewel.
